Physical Office Now Closed (Except for Prescheduled Meetings)

During times like these your Colton Groome team is even more grateful for the relationship we have with you, our client.

The next two weeks are crucial in determining the impact of COVID-19 in our country and local communities. The CDC and Buncombe County are encouraging social distancing as a way to slow the virus. In response, your team at Colton Groome will (or has):

  • Remain available to you by phone, email, and video-conferencing. We are available in-person by appointment-only.
    • If you already have a scheduled meeting at the office, that meeting will still occur in-person unless otherwise specified. If you would like to implement a phone conference, please contact Matt Hagan via mhagan@coltongroome.com.
  • Implemented increased cleaning frequency including daily disinfection of high-traffic areas
  • Created a flexible, work-from-home environment for our team members. Each CG team member has been provided a laptop where he/she can be productive from home or the Colton Groome office, wherever they feel is the safest place for them.
  • Postponed any group meetings and/or non-essential vendor meetings to limit our staff's exposure to large groups of people.

If you have an appointment, your advisor will greet you by the the elevator. We have locked access to the front desk to minimize any possible contamination sites within the office. Please contact your advisor should you arrive early or late for a meeting.
