Insurance Service Specialist

Emily joined the Colton Groome team in July 2021, initially introduced as the sister of Amy Gillen, CGF’s Manager of Insurance. She quickly embraced the CGF culture, thanks to her background in insurance services at Northwestern Mutual Financial. Emily’s expertise allowed her to seamlessly step in remotely during a team member’s maternity leave. Her incredible performance led to an offer for a full-time, in-person position, prompting her to relocate from Kentucky.

Originally from Durham, NC, Emily is delighted to be back in her home state. Outside the office, she enjoys painting, reading, and spending time with her family.
