Colton Groome Office Updates due to COVID-19

The Colton Groome Office is Open

Your Colton Groome Team thoroughly understands the importance of safety during these unprecedented times. While COVID-19 isn’t going away, we are committed to keeping meetings with your advisors in a setting in which clients and employees can feel both comfortable and safe. Many clients have expressed a need for in-person meetings; and for that reason we have meticulously acclimated our office settings.

Implemented Return to Work Policies

Colton Groome & Company has implemented thorough Return to Work Policies, not only as an individual company, but for tenants of the building as a whole. Colton Groome is continuing to run on a hybrid model. For our employees that do not feel comfortable in-office, we have encouraged and welcomed flexible, work-from-home settings. For our employees that prefer to work in the office, they must schedule their in-office days in advance. This policy is structured to firmly limit the number of people within the space at any given time.

Masks are required within the office, and we maintain The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) requirements for social distancing. Disposable, plastic coverings have been implemented in shared spaces to ensure cleanliness in addition to scheduled sanitizing. In addition, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available in each shared space.
